Some trial, why the limitations in the trial version? Half a star because this trial is lame for not letting you use the program without limitations. Always cautious when a developer won't provide a trial or puts limitations on the trial version.
I generally distrust developers who are confident enough with their product to provide a demo. It appears that they don't think their own product can sell itself on it's feature set as described.
I took a chance and purchased Snapheal and am generally impressed thus far. I have not tried it out on a difficult erase but the interface is beautiful and it performs extremely well.
When I get the time I will try it out on a difficult removal of an unwanted object.
I should have read before posting. I missed the "not" in " who are confident" and distrust is probably not a good description. So I'll try again.
I am leery of developers who are not confident enough in their software to release a demo of the software to try before having to buy. It makes me believe that they are not confident in the quality, stability or features that prevents them from releasing a demo. If they were proud of the quality of their software they would have no reason not to provide a demo. As a matter of fact, if the software turned out to be fantastic, it would only increase sales.
I took the plunge and find Archive very limiting with few features and options compared to CDFinder. For instance you can only view in column mode, there is no icon or list view.
At this stage of development I wouldn't waste my money on Archive and would purchase CDFinder, which has been updated and refined for many years.
This is why there isn't a demo available,it doesn't compare to the competition.
Pretty and that is it because it doesn't copy properly with command keys I set up. It is constantly throwing a window stating iClip is waiting for data to copy, when I have highlighted text sitting waiting to be copied. Drag & Drop works fine but I like the keyboard for speed.
I am so disappointed again with iClip 5.0.
I wasted another $10 because MAS has'nt implemented a way to demo software before purchasing it. Shame on Apple for that and shame on Irradiated for releasing software that doesn't work and appears to be exactly as version 4.0.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My guess is the good reviews are probably associated with the developer.
I probably took a little of my frustrations from the previous developer on you and I apologize for that. However iClip 5 appears to be exactly the same as version 4.0 if my memory serves me right.
The only part of iClip that works for me is the drag and drop. When I use the assigned command keys I get an error and that just brings back memories of previous versions, frustrations and another wasted $10.
I appreciate your hard work but can't help being extremely disappointed because both iClip 4 & 5 don't work properly for me. I hope other people are having more success with your new version.
Your exactly right, if a customer is willing to pay their prices than it is worth it for the customer. For me Ergonis software offers too little bang for the buck, my opinion only.
Very impressive software that contains a suite of tools that will repair and maintain your hard drive, along with utilities to backup, benchmark, etc...
This is one of the few products of its kind that I trust to fix my hard drive when I am having problems. Many of the other products on the market today just duplicate Disk Utility and on occasion can do more harm than good and leave you with a drive that you can't access your files.
I can't tell you how many time I don't save a bookmark because my bookmarks are so unorganized and I just figure I will never find it anyway so why bother.
Little Bookmark Box (LBB for short) has changed all that for me. I placed the LBB Bookmarklet into my bookmark bar in the 1st position so I can just select command 1 to activate the Bookmarklet and a window pops up allowing me to name, tag, locate and notate the url. It is so quick and effortless that I absolutely love it.
I also love the quick look feature to view the web site prior to opening it or selecting another url.
Try the trial version and I think you will see how helpful it really is.
