i dont know what u ppl are on about. everything works like a charm. sound is exactly the same, my tunes are STILL in the itunes where they were before, and i dont give a toss about a frikin number. and just so u know i did install the combo version ;-)
ok, i managed to find the side bar, it took me a while :-) but i still could not manage to get my pictures on external drive visible in punakea browser. i actualy can see the tags in spotlight comments, r u sugesting that i might have a spotlight problem? dam i just want it to work. the strange thing is that if i tag the pic that's siting on a laptop hard drive the pic is visible in the browser. im puzzled???
i dont know what else to say but RESPECT to the developer of this app. the app is great bt the response that i got is absolutely amazing. well done mate this app definetly deserves five stars, no doubt.
ok, let's start again. what im trying to do is make flac files directly from cd.
i start the app, go file, open and then select the files on the cd that i want to encode. job is done fast and with no prob. later when i listen 2 the flac files i get this "khhhh" sound at the beging of each track.
this happens whater i encode directly to flac, mp3 or any other format. if i decode some of my old flac files, the job is done perfectly with no glitches. this only happens when i do direct encodes from the cd, and i know the cd's are fine.
so i dont know is it me? the app? or what. this app looks like exactly what i need as long as i can get it to work properly.
