Something I did caused the permissions on 4 outboard hard drives to go to "Custom" and a small lock icon to appear in the lower left hand corner of the drive icon. I could no longer open the drives. I was told I did not have adequate permissions. I could unlock the pad lock located in the get info area, but I could not change anything. This wonderful utility was able to bypass this lick level and get to where it was really locked and undo my mistake. It's simple. It works. It really works well.
