I love this. Application window previews are probably the only thing I like about Windows, and I now have it for free on Mac OS X without any cheap hacks.
This latest beta is hideous. Why the regression, Mozilla? The preferences window actually blinks when changing to some preferences tabs and the status bar is gone. Now, there is a "Extensions Bar" or whatever that doesn't even have resize controls.
This is ridiculous. These negative reviews (especially 2-stars) are not useful nor needed. I have used this app since it was released and while it periodically experiences hiccups, it runs very smoothly and has a very nice, native implementation. This quickly replaced AppDelete; TrashMe is much better. Also, TrashMe is actively developed and moreover, it is free.
The only smoother implementation is iTrash, but it is not very native and I just don't like the feel of it.
Very nice. It's easy to use and very polished. The only thing I can ask is that the developer finds some way to not require the app. It would be even better with just the prefpane.
That does make it difficult... So, do you essentially have to enable it per type of computer? In other words, now it will work for all Late '09 MacBooks and Magic Mice?
Now, finally for an actual comment directed towards the app. It crashes upon clicking play (and anything else that tries to connect to iTunes). So, now I have a more reasonable complaint.
I am using the MacBook6,1 running 10.6.2 with a 64-bit kernal and no customizations.
It doesn't crash if iTunes is already open, however when opening iTunes with the Play/Pause or other command it does crash. Most users will probably want to open iTunes with the controller, so this crash is definitely one to fix.
This app is visually appealing, but it has quite a few problems. First of all, the document window and everything load in the background but the screen zoom menu opens itself and is the only thing visible until I click on the dock icon. Second, the word count says 67 and the character count says 468 but I haven't entered any text, and they both increase when I do enter some text (to 68 words and 469 characters). Third, clicking the toolbar item to enable the ruler crashes the application. Fourth, when creating a new document the Cancel button doesn't do anything. Finally, this isn't really a bug but it's still annoying: I can only change the save destination in the preferences.

then clicked "Convert." It began converting, but then froze, beach-balled, and crashed (well, I had to Force-Quit the app). I can send you the error report if you want.
No support files were created; I think it must only create them when it successfully completes a process, which it continuously fails to do.
It got one step farther but still didn't download. There was no beach ball, but the Convert and Empty Queue toolbar buttons started blinking and the download progress didn't move.
Every second it writes this to the console (whether downloading or inactive):
"Disk Users:david:Library:Application Support:TubePod:progresscurl wasn't found."
I bet that's your problem; it isn't writing that file.

Intel support is a must; what is a developer who only builds PPC thinking in the age of the Intel i7?!

According to the developer's website this is universal and runs on Leopard. The details on MacUpdate are incorrect.
