SugarSync is nice, it really is! However, for the average user, the features of SugarSync can become cumbersome and rather clumsy! The ideas of Dropbox are here, however it's far too advanced for MOST users.
If you are an advanced or business user, you may appreciate SugarSync's vastness... Otherwise, stick with DropBox.
The creator of this app also makes the well-known "SizeUp" Window Manger which, when used together with Cinch, turns your Mac into a power-window-switcher within itself. This specific app, "Cinch" makes Snow Leopard similar to the standard Windows 7 with window snapping.

Either way.. They all do the same thing. You pay, however, for the prettiness and the twitter feeds.
