I use EyeTv's since the very first one EyeTV USB, over time they improved everything, now almost perfect !
I experienced Only a little trouble while using TWO EyeTv's at the same time on same LAN (one DTT and one Netstream). The EyeTv program that's on the Macmini (with the DTT - hard connected) wanted to connect to the Netstream, that caused some network problems... Had to "manualy" block it from connecting to that IP (with LittleSnitch) and now all is again perfect !
Do NOT worry ! This can only happen if you use it on multiple Macs and mix that with TWO EyeTV's, one of witch must be a EyeTV Netstream, on same LAN.
Years ago ACDSee used to make a pretty good product (Canvas) but it's now going from bad to worse...
Even worse, once they have your money they may well stop developing it, like they already did with Canvas, and you may then be in big trouble next time Apple releases a new system...
My advice : Stay away from all ACDSee products, this no longer a serious company !
ACDSee used to make a pretty good product (Canvas) but it's now going from bad to worse...
Photo Flash is a good example of this kind of totally useless new products made by ACDSee... The purpose of this "free" one (limited time) is just to get you subscribing to their newsletter, it will clutter you inbox with "news" in witch they'll try to make you buy another useless product...
So, if you need/want to fix a dark photo just use Apple's iPhoto, much easier and better results...

SRS iWOW is one of the best things I've ever had on my Mac, after a quick and super easy installation it really improves the sound quality to a level that your ears won't believe.
Support is also top notch (though I needed their help only once as it's rock solid) !
I tried some other sound improvement software (like Hear) and must say that I reverted to SRS iWOW after just a few minutes.
First, others do not support external audio hardware like my beloved Creative X-FI (sound christalyser).
Second, others aren't as straightforward, too many settings may confuse even experienced users. And, like me, you may well experience problems with other software that use audio (Skype etc...)
Bottom line :
The few extra bucks you'll pay for SRS iWOW over Hear are well worth it !
As far as I'm concerned I highly recommend iWow, all my audiophiles friends say the same !
Stay away from this, it's the worst version Skype ever released though I like the idea of video conference for more than two. Can't even get the chat window while video conferencing...
Fantastic little app, I could not live without no that I'm got used to it !
Only request (not very important !): Is there a way, or would it be possible to add a pref, to force I Love Stars to load as last item (when auto loading at startup) as I'd like to have it on the extreme left of my menulets.

Have a look under software update
It's a working fix for the Rosetta problem we are experiencing.

If installed you won't be able to print anymore !
I happen to believe Apple broke 10.6.x printing (Rosetta) for the purpose of forcing us to move to 10.7.x

Yes, over 48 HOURS LATER THE UPDATE IS STILL AVAILABLE !
To me, that clearly shows that it's NOT A mistake nor a unvolontary bug !
Apple released THIS SHIT ON PURPOSE, and they continue screwing-up more people, trying to forrce them to 10.7 Lion...
What a bunch of SOBs'!

Thanks' for the response !
I already tried this but the login items/apps aren't loading in the order defined by their position in the login items "column"...
There is probably another way to force loading order but no idea how/where it is located.
Best I found was to manually start I Love Stars or quit/relauch
All the best and thanks' for writing this little diamond of an app !

That's the fantastic little thing I've been looking for since a long time !
Works perfect, goes right in my "can't live without" folder.
Paypaled some buck to developper as it's more than worth it !
DockMenus
Coolapic reviewed on 10 Oct 2009
Once created, the "mini docks" just refuse to be moved to another monitor, please implement/fix that and I'll purchase it right away.
Also, a list of existing "mini docks" in the menubar icon menu and the possibility to save said docks would be appreciated ;-)
