I've had no trouble with SightSpeed on my Mac or my PC. It was simple to install and easy to use. I love the video mail and use it all of the time. I use video mail instead of e-mail with friends and family I don't get to see often. Also, I accidentally purchased more phone minutes that I intended to when I first downloaded the product and I got a response the next day and a refund. I'd recommend SightSpeed to Mac users.
