Hands Off!

Hi!
I delete HandsOff app just dragging it to trash. But, everytime I boot my Mac 2 messages by HandsOff appears telling me that I'm not with the right version and so on.

How can I get rid of this messages? Didn't I delete the app properly? Please, help!
