Video Monkey

I cannot get Video Monkey to work. Every file I've tried to convert with it causes it to stop and say that it doesn't recognize the format. I drag the same folder/file into VisualHub and HandBrake and they convert without a complaint. Glad I didn't delete VH when I downloaded this. For me, it's not ready for prime-time.
