The user interface is really confusing. The documentation is even more confusing. If the point of this app is to get little things done quickly, it has a long way to go, since it's not really obvious how to do much of anything.

MySQL GUI Tools

Pretty UI, though could follow Apple UI guidelines more closely. Query Browser crashes often. Administrator seems to work well on the main; the workbench tools at least will reverse-engineer a DB ok.

Overall, too many bugs. This product is beta quality, I couldn't imagine relying on it in a production environment.

Zend Studio

Note that if double-clicking the ZendStudio installation icon will not launch the app (it shows up briefly in the dock then disappears), make sure you unarchive the .zip file with BOMArchiveHelper.app, NOT TheUnarchiver or the cmd-line unzip.
