I had exactly the same experience-the crashing the 98% CPU usage and a lengthy back and forth with tech support that finally just wore me out. I reinstalled the program at least a dozen times and finally just gave up, kind of broken-hearted. There appear to be some lucky customers and then those who get nowhere with the program. The MacSpeech people seem to believe their own hype and somehow rationalize the small but steady percent of customers who feel stolen from and for whom the product utterly fails.
Hmmm. Half the price of what it used to be plus an interesting new feature set plus their website advertising is no longer arrogant. Finally got my interest.
