I expected to buy simply a standalone game. But "Civilization" cannot be launched without "Steam". Steam requires an Internet Connexion. I don't want the software editor, Epic, to be informed each time I'm launching a single user game. Yes there is an offline mode for "Steam". But all this way of acting makes me doubt of Epics's ethics.
Installs the "GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent" without warning the user. No possibility to deactivate this agent which will run as soon as you computer starts.

There is also no uninstaller. This would be necessary, as several kernel extension are installed by the program.
