Good software that should have been better. I think it's been about a year and a half I've been asking the developer when/if he's going to continue with this app, and each time he's said that he will be advancing it along. However, we're *still* stuck on version 3.0.3
There's a lot of frustrating things about this app, even simple things like customizing text on an invoice. It's too bad, this app could have been great. It's time for me to move on.
If you're upgrading from v.6 and you don't buy directly from the developer, apparently Parallels makes you go thru an absurd upgrade request form in order to receive your SN 6-8 days after requesting it. I've never--in 15 years of buying Mac software--have encountered such a time-wasting, non-customer oriented upgrade policy.
After I complained to Parallels, they escalated my service ticket and sent me the SN ahead of schedule. So, I thanked them then kindly asked them to explain their (sorry) upgrade policy. Instead of answering me, they sent me a form email saying "this request has been closed from the Parallels Support System. This happens when inquiry is confirmed as resolved by customer or in case when customer does not respond to updates from Parallels support for 7 days and more."
I didn't confirm it as resolved nor was it beyond 7 days from when they sent me the SN. Lame customer service.
Do the simple setup, upload the files, then select the files in FileChute and it automatically shows you the URL of the file in a window on top of the app's screen. Drag them en masse to the email program. Done.
This software appears to be abandoned. No updates since early last year, and the competitor site has a comment that says emails to the developer go unanswered.
