Exactly what I was looking for! I have always wondered why the os x displays menubar item didn't have this option. Anyway I am graphic designer and change my color profiles quite often so this menubar item puts them at my fingertips.
Thanks to the developer for making such a useful app for free, nice work!
Though I love iTunes there are some things that are missing and I found them in Play. Basically I was using play to preview audio, specially FLAC and Monkey's Audio, the interface is OK but I don't get the Queue window, if you want to play something that is in the library you have to drag it to this window because if you doble click something in the library nothing happens.
But what, in my opinion, is the best feature of Play is it's playback audio quality. I guess it has something to do with the 32 bit floating point process, I really don't know... but man compared to iTunes my music has gained more life, better soundstage and the stereo image is wider. So I started to use Play more often just because of this, if someone with a audiophile profile would give a more detailed review about Play's audio quality I would really appreciate it, so I don't think it's my imagination.
Nice software, been using for a while now.
I was wondering if anyone can help me on this one: I've notices that on iTunes scrolling on Cover Flow with the trackpad up and down or with the scrolling wheel from the mouse doesn't work any more. When I turn Smart Scroll off, it works again. It doesn't seem to affect Cover Flow on open windows.
Thank you
