There is no need for this. Turn Time Machine off and run this script from cron whenever you want an backup run.

Works great but way too pricey ($65). I'd actually consider buying it if it were in the $25 range.

Note: This is the OpenAFS client only. In order to use it you will need to have network access to an AFS server environment.
