I've been using it at work for a while now. Every attempt to contact the developer about an upgrade or licensing concerns has gone unanswered. First off, they only give you this odd temporary license and claim they will email you the real code to unlock the software. After plugging in the temporary license code half a dozen times and reading the FAQ I started emailing the company. I have to re-enter the license code they did give me once a month or something, it's obnoxious.

Now there is an upgraded version which supposedly fixes some of the audio sync problems I've been having with it. I downloaded the demo, but the menu to serialize the software is greyed out. Thanks a lot.

The software does work in spite of a quick and cheap looking interface but good luck getting any upgrades, licenses or support. I've chosen to scrap this software due to the lack of support and have started looking for a replacement. If anyone does get an answer from their "support team", please tell them they lost out on over a dozen licenses from at least one company.
