M Chang: Text messages sent from the CallWave SMS service use your mobile number as the senderID. This is why you need to register.
Amcan12: I'm glad things worked out for you. Text messages sent by CallWave can be subject to the same carrier/country delays as messages sent from your mobile phone. Thanks for your understanding.

Our SMS widget works in many countries. We are working hard to make a valuable service available to as many users as possible. I apologize that we don't serve your country at this time. As stated in our FAQ we're working hard to expand coverage:
