I love this app. The ability to make the app a menuextra is fantastic. I'm using it in conjunction with Evernote.com to always have my Evernote notes available in the menubar. I also have one of my business sites in the menubar to quickly help customers when on the phone in Customer Service. Fantastic time saver. Developer is great at updating what needs fixed and improved.

Memphisbird - SOHO Notes is the premier notes app for the Mac - in theory. All the features you list are exactly why everyone WANTS to love this app. I WANT to love this app, but can't. I gave SOHO notes and Chronos a glowing review also at one time. But then the let-down began. Read all the reviews here and on that other software update site and you'll see why so many of us gave up.

The biggest problem now is the SLAP IN THE FACE by Chronos to force all of us who paid $40 to fork out another $25 to upgrade when they didn't fix the one we paid $40 for. THIS IS BAAAAD BUSINESS!

Memphis, you're just lucky so far. When it starts to fail on you and your data you'll change your tune.
