Glass Folder Icons

beginner had trouble on 22 Feb 2008

I have just downloaded the glass replacement icons but there are no instructions explaining how to put them to use. I have only had my note book for a week. When I open the download it just shows me a picture of the icons avaliable.

How do I replace the blue icons with the glass ones??
