Excellent implementation, excellent distribution method - in all, a utility which should have been built-in to Dashboard as it shipped with Mac OS X.
As opposed to the similar "Dashboard Kickstart", this app does its thing then gets out of the way - which is the "right" way of implementing the desired behavior.
Sorry, but this is a really really BAD implementation. Instead of doing its thing and getting out of the way, this app remains in memory, constantly listening for changes to the Dock.
In addition, it is distributed in the form of a .pkg, for NO reason - it would be more easily distributed as a drag-install. Not to mention, the ownership & permissions on the app (which is installed to "/Applications/Utilities/") are INCORRECTLY set to "755, 501:501", when they should be "775 root:admin".
Again, this is simply a really really BAD implementation, which should not be used by anyone. A better solution is the much-smaller, much-more-correct "DashboardStarter" - see
Love the interface (and the name) much better than Logorrhea.
However, ChatMaster does not (currently, as of v0.5.1) support the new chat log file format of Tiger. So, any chats created using this later OS will not be accessible within ChatMaster.
I hope the developer might be able to complete an update to support this new format - I'd gladly donate a small shareware fee, to regain the functionality.

Kudos to the developer on a job very well-done.
