Mediaboard ONE

I have been looking at Mediaboard, MediaDex, Portfolio, Aperture, IView and Lightroom.
The one thing that sets Mediaboard apart from ALL of the others is the complete and total lack of support.
I had an apparently simple question about mysql and have so far sent 12 emails in both english and german and have receive zero response.
There is no forum, no knowledgebase, nothing. You are on your own.
Why anyone would waste the nearly six hundred bucks for the workgroup version with this level of support is beyond me.
I have been asking around in other forums and have not found any user who has ever received a response from them.
Do not waste your money.
