I find it disturbing how many developer no longer offer trial versions since the App Store started reeling its ugly head.

In other words: no trial, no buy.

Flawless, indispensable, tightly integrated into whatever workflow you are used to. Probably the only piece of software I'd buy a massively higher price. To me, priceless.

Is this application still actively maintained? I just had a quick browse through the support forum. While there are people asking questions it does not seem like any of the developers care to answer.

Gmail Browser

Using Gmail with Mail (or any other standard mail client) means castrating Gmail. Gmail is loved for being just slightly more than your usual e-mail. Tags and displaying messages as conversations have become absolutely indispensable to me. The only way - so far - to use Gmail they way it is meant to be used is using the web application (in a browser or some wrapper application as gmail browser or mailplane)
