No problem updating with Software Update, even my UNO theme was preserved. Good update so far, my system is stable (PPC, OS 10.4.10, iTunes 7.3.1, Quicktime 7.2).

Good point: This version is a bit faster.

Very bad point: It randomly renames artist >:-(

OS X was a reliable system. Now... It's a shame there are so many bugs due to poor quality control. OS 10.4.9 and iTunes 7 are Microsoft-like jokes.

I am an avid Mac fan and I am sad to write that I don't trust Apple updates anymore.

I hope OS 10.4.9.1 and iTunes 7.1.2 will correct this mess. If not, I will revert to 10.4.8 and stop upgrading software AND hardware.

Windows Vista is not the only cr*p around, beware the 10.4.9 update:

- A cloned system on an external drive does not work anymore.

- Disk images are checked and even when it works 10.4.9 says "The disk image you are opening may be damaged and could damage your system. Are you sure you want to open this disk image?"

I will have to reinstall 10.4.8, thank you Apple :-(

AOL Radio

AOL radio works great even if iTunes is a better player imho. AOL radio keeps it simple and that's very good. Add more stations and increase quality a bit (96K), and it will be perfect.

Great idea, bad release.

WindowShade X was stable since I started Menufela. I've trashed this app after a few hours, no remorse. EJI pointed some bugs, there are many more.

As a beta freeware I can accept it, as a shareware it is a joke. Too many bugs + shareware = 1 star.

To the developer: test your apps before charging for it.

It is the best image viewer. It can open damaged files other softwares can't read. Great converter too. Photoshop is better for image manipulations, Graphic Converter is the best for file manipulations.

- Stable.

- Compatible with my add-ons.

Broken extensions: TabX, Thumbs, Flashblock, Fasterfox, etc.

Broken theme: GrApple

-> This version is USELESS for me. Back to 1.5.0.4 + these extensions + a great theme + Crash Recovery.
