On an Intel Macbook, it works perfectly. It is definitely worth supporting and paying the $16 fee...naturally, it runs faster when it's not full-screen, but it still works fine when it is.

The only problems I encountered stemmed from using faulty ROMs. Controllers can be used, keyboard controls can be adjusted and most every aspect can be adjusted/tweaked. I've found it to work so far with all the major titles. Well worth it.
