Why did I ever switch from Together to this crap? At least it never crashed. This is the second time I lost work. This time the program crashed after entering information for an hour. Do I charge the developer like they charge us? I think we should all start doing that. I'm on 10.7.2 on a Mac Pro.
This developer is the best. He responds to questions and is open to suggestions and works tirelessly to solve problems. MyMenuDate is the best program of its kind. It uses a minimal amount of memory and is one of those little programs that should have been incorporated within the OSX system in the first place.
Great idea, but when I tried to import some text the program crashed and now will not start. The program shows up on the screen, but crashes within 2 seconds. I trashed the preferences file which did not help. I'm so glad I didn't have important information stored in this program. 10.6.3
The developers' e-mail is no longer valid. I love the idea of this program, but when I click and hold the mouse over a folder, "spaces" engages. I do see the little icon, but when I let go it runs "spaces". Also, I needed to turn off "1 finger snap" because this program locks up finder. I'm pretty sure all the settings are right.
I contacted Apple about this same problem that WINGS is experiencing. Apple said it was Ambrosia's fault and Ambrosia blamed Apple's last OS update. My hard drives are constantly cranking away and even caused a drive to fail. Apple replaced this drive, but the problem still exists. It took me quite awhile to find the culprit, which is Snapz Pro X 2.1.2. Quitting the process in Activity Monitor is the only solution aside from uninstalling Snapz Pro X 2.1.2. AMBROSIA PLEASE STOP DENYING THAT THIS PROBLEM IS YOURS. FIX IT!
