I've used this for some time successfully but the last auction it failed to try to snipe leading to me missing the item, which sold for peanuts. There was no reason given, I might have forgiven it if the was some kind of error but instead it just didn't even try. The interface is not very good as well by the way, it could do with a more professional construction. I give this two stars due it's failure instead of the three or four if it had not failed to snipe, and am off to seek a more professional and reliable program.
