Not sure if this should be a review or troubleshooting entry...I downloaded the app as a demo and it seems to identify the mp4 perfectly, but does not appear to show the info in itunes. Is this the way it is until I actually pay for the app, or am I doing something wrong? I have it scan and it finds all the info, I then hit save but no go in itunes. Please let me know as this is the best app I've found that SEEMS to do what I want it to do..

OK, so I found something out.. If I attempt to identify a file that is local (on my mac), no problem. Works like a champ. If I try to identify a file on a NAS, it is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Anyone else have problems using identify on files that are located on a network attached drive?
