I love the fact that this has a two-finger click that can hold both the left and right side of the mouse. I play a lot of video games and this comes in handy for Call of Duty games and Skyrim.

The only confusing part is how to set presets without needing to access the Preferences and changing it. I want it to just automatically turn on if I launch an app. It doesn't seem to do so for Call of Duty or Skyrim. I'll dig around and see if there's info about this.

Meteorologist

This is by far my favorite weather app on the Mac. I've used many others, but this is the one that I keep on at all times.

There is a problem with v1.5.6 though. It doesn't look to be compatible with OS X 10.7 Lion. I've tried downloading and reinstalling it several times, but it just didn't work. So, I downloaded v1.5.5 and it now works flawlessly.

I hope they update soon!

VLC Media Player

Adumbrate had trouble on 27 May 2010

This is my favorite video player, but I'm having some problems with v1.1.0-64bit releases. For whatever reason, it will not save my playlist when I add videos to the Media Library. I've checked preferences, but couldn't find anything related to saving the playlist. Anyone else having the same issues?

iPlayer Downloader

For whatever reason, I cannot download anything from here. I set my firewall to allow any transmission from the app, but still won't do anything. Weird. Has some cool potential, unfortunately just doesn't work.
