QuickBooks Pro 2012

Quickbooks 2009 for MAC has bugs. I can get it to crash on Report filters every time. Even trying with the canned-QB company and from safe boot, it will crash. It's really disappointing - my move to the MAC has been great except for this program. Does Intuit test their products before release?
