I actually made my own little patch of AIM version 4.2.1147 . You can get it at http://rett.org/downloads/patches/patches.html . I'll update it to work with 4.3.1232 if anyone wants.
At this point this app isn't anything more than just a shell of safari. It doesn't offer any new features or seem any faster. It doesn't even use less memory than safari (more actually...).
The interface is plain aqua-ish with decent looking icons.
One nice touch is that your safari bookmarks are automatically integrated if you want.
If there weren't already 5+ better more polished browsers available than I might actually use this one.
When you view other people's bookmarks you're given the option to search them or simply browse a flat list. You can't see the heirarchy of their bookmarks.
It's just such a great little app I can't help but want to nurture it along...
This is a really nice little app for sharing bookmarks on a local network of macs or on the web. The interface is clean and well executed. Every option is explained in just enough detail.
The rendezvous sharing alone makes this program worth it's cost, and the built in websharing is just icing on the cake.

It's a great mouse so it's sad that MS can't make a decent driver for it (or any even a shitty driver for that matter).
Back to the built-in Apple drivers which work perfectly well, albeit without any decent features.

Try mixing it with Fluid for some really trippy effects.

Stability seems to be an issue though. My first run lasted 15 minutes before an unexpected quit...
