This is exactly what I have been looking for. It does a nice job of allowing me to see my DVDs backed up by Rip It. It still has a few quirks and needs for improvement but it does what I'm looking for better than Plex, Boxee, or anything else.

I am using on two different computers with Snow Leopard and everything is working fine.

The main problem though is that this appears to have been abandoned by the developers. It's almost one year since an update has been released, and the forum on their website has been overrun by spammers. It appears no one is tending to the store any longer. However, I like the app and will keep using it, even with its shortcomings until something better comes out.
