I am a new Mac user. I downloaded Telephone and configured my Voip account successfully since it shows me available. I tried to make calls but the problem i face is that my voice is not getting transmitted over the network nor i can hear the voice from the other side. I don't even hear the tone of the bell but the people whom i call do get bells. They answer the calls but we still can't communicate.

I have tried many networks but the problems stays.
Can you tell me what to do about it.
