If you have a problem with the way an app works (any app, but Final Cut Pro is one...), you can likely get the functionality you want using Keyboard Maestro.
And if you have two apps that you sort of wish were one app, the Maestro can do that as well.
I can't believe Apple won't just buy it and build it right into the OS. It is so goddamned useful. It is the glue that holds my Mac together.
