An amazing Mail add-on - genuinely useful, just the right amount of features and a well-thought out user interface. I rarely give a five star rating to software as there's usually some deficiency, but I can't think of anything that Herald is missing (especially with the latest 1.2 update). Great work!

Earlier this year I did an in-depth review of online backup solutions for Mac - both for my own benefit and to provide recommendations to my consulting clients. I started putting Backblaze through its paces shortly after they added Mac support and have been using it ever since.
The software is well thought-out and works very well in my experience. I contacted their technical support department on one occasion regarding some messages that were appearing - I have a cloned version of my hard disk and, while all the data was getting backed up as expected, the software got a bit confused. The technical support was amazing and I had a workaround within 24 hours. Their software was updated a short-time later to address this issue and this minor inconvenience is now resolved.
I have 70GB of data backed up to Backblaze's servers, including all of my cherished photos, and sleep better at night knowing that my data is secure. Well worth $5/month (or $50/year) in my opinion. I have tried several restores and in all cases the process was intuitive and quick.
I'm very happy to stumble across WiFind. It's one of those little extensions that makes life just a little bit easier and certainly more convenient.
I was using iStumbler to seek out WiFi connections. It works well and is certainly affordable (free), but I appreciate the simplicity of WiFind. There's no application to launch and all the information I could need (signal strength, channel and secured status) is available at the click of a button.
I licensed this application soon after putting it through its paces, and I'm glad I did!
I use a wide variety of applications and utilities and in the past it has been a bit of a chore keeping track of all of the serial numbers.
LicenseKeeper has made this tracking easier than I would have thought possible. I especially like the ability to be able to be able to select one or more e-mails in Mail and import them into LicenseKeeper with the click of a button. The software is even smart enough to extract the serial number and other information from the imported e-mails. Brilliant!
I highly recommend this application to anyone with more than a few serial numbers to manage. I've tried using more general information management utilities (including using SplashID for years), but see the benefit in having a dedicated utility for the task of serial number tracking.
Wow - I'm impressed! I've looked at many menu bar clock replacements, timers and alarm clocks over the years and have found a winner! Meridian is a text book example of a beautifully crafted Macintosh application. It's very flexible and sports a sizeable list of genuinely useful features all wrapped in an efficient, intuitive and uncluttered user interface.

I'm happy to pay $8 for this sort of convenience.
