Version 5.x is one to avoid. High cpu usage, and an awful user interface. Do yourself a favour, and get the old, 2.8 version: http://is.gd/9HBBjk

200909: HierarchicalDock v1.2 does not work with snow leopard. I hope a fix is produced soon!
