I really love the new Neofinder. Although I'd appreciate a different name :)
But it really is great, and with the new satellite window I can use it like i used iView/Expression Media - that's great, since EM has been sold *again* to another company and is much too expensive for what it does.
Keep it up!
Okay, I understand. I don't think I will implement somethinf like it in schick anywhere soon, there a plenty of web-based services out there (WeTransfer, DropBox), even open source: http://sourceforge.net/projects/bitburro/ (we use that in our firm).
Thanks for the logfile - I will take a look this evening. I will return to you by email. CU, Heiko
Great Software, I've been using it for years. Always compatible with old catalogue files. Search is fast and reliable. Never had problems with characters like ü and other german "Umlaute". Besides, the UI could be nicer. Always had great personal support from the developer. AFAIC it's worth the money. AFAIK it is carbon-based, meaning it will give the developer a hard time making it Unicode-aware. I have no idea how many licenses he sells a day, but I bet the time he invests is not well-payed. :-) Give him some time and remember which version you bought and which you are using (no upgrade fees in a long time).
