Well 10 months on from my previous review and comment of version 3.1 and I thought I'd check out version 4.0. Still the window sizing restriction issue is ever present. Why oh why the developer has restriction the browser window size is beyond me and is not necessary. It looks very Mac like and polished though. Looks like Capsule CRM for me.

I really don't understand why folks here are complaining about the now newish interface. It's fine. It works. Yes it is different from the old 2.8 version. This is version 5. Of course it's going to look different. Move on folks. Some people just cannot handle change can they? Imagine if the old interface had not existed, you would be perfectly happy with the current version or if the current version was the original one and the 2.8 UI was introduced, the same folks would be whinging about it being different. Oh yeah, remember, it's a free app too so stop complaining. They are not going to change the look back are they? Get used to it and move on to reviewing other worthwhile features and suggestions.

Kaspars and his team just keep refining this and it keeps getting better and better. What I appreciate is when you give feedback on missing features or feature requests, bug reports etc, not only do they respond by incorporating them into the next beta release but also respond by email thanking you for the feedback and taking the time to explain what they are intending to incorporate as well as reasons why they can't incorporate (due to limitations of Snow Leopard vs Lion, etc). A very responsive and customer culture focused company indeed. I'm opening AddressBook directly very rarely these days.

TO REVERT BACK TO PREVIOUS (SAFE) VERSION 5.0.5 (Recommended)

Remove Safari 5.1 from the Applications folder and temporarily put it somewhere safe.
Replace it in the Applications Folder with Safari 5.0.5

Oh Dear! This killed my iTunes 7. Would not let me open iTunes. Error message saying need more memory. Also asked for authentication password and when entered asked me another 5 times before telling me it had aborted and I was unsuccessful. Same with every button chosen.

Me thinks this needs more work. Good intentions though by the developer. iTunes 7 is very ugly indeed.

BEWARE! BEWARE! of this beta version.
Loaded this and it didn't keep any of my previous account/login details or address book details. Unable to log-in with old username & password.

Had to open a new account and then I was unable to use the search for users as it does not render properly on the screen. THIS IS STILL BUGGY. It should not be by now.

Ditched this version and reverted to previous version. This works okay except the NEW beta version had removed all settings/address book/my profile details!!!

Skype - if you are reading this, get your act together chaps.
