Version 20101120 fixes the problem that I had with the track next to a data track not ripping. I've now been able to capture all tracks, and XLD recognises the data track correctly.
So - VisualHub went bye-bye (sadly and just after I'd purchased a licence) and I've been looking for a suitable replacement ever since.
I bumped into iVideo Converter today (I'm glad that MacUpdate users suggest other apps!) and after trialling it for 10 minutes, purchased a licence.
It's quick, relatively simple, and I've already converted over 2GB of video files with little to no loss in definition. There are enough settings available to allow for the conversion of tricky files and formats too.
Oh - and it can convert AVCHD (+Lite) files without breaking a sweat - something I've also beenon the look out for, and so it's a win-win for me, and five stars for the application. Well done Christopher!

Max does not suffer this problem. Sad really, as I would prefer the up to date software that is XLD. :(
