@Albabe again .. sorry for my immature behavior. I was just trying to fit in.
Anyway, you seem like a person who knows what Logic is, and what right+wrong is. I will watch out for you, I'm convinced now that I can learn a lot from you.
yeah...right.. there are only three people registered at macupdate: you two and me. all the other three-billion accounts are just fake accounts that i created to vote you down.. no, seriously.
btw...glad i could help :)

Firefox 8.0b1 is out. You can download from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/
If by accident your Firefox 7.0.1 wants to update to Firefox 8.0 beta 1 you may be on the "beta" update-channel but not on the "release" channel. You can change that behavior by downloading the "release channel firefox" version from here:
(1) https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/
(then it will only update when new release-channel versions are up)
OR you can change the channel version in firefox by hand, described here:
(2) http://kb.mozillazine.org/App.update.channel
in own words: all you have to do is, type "about:config" (without the "") in the address bar, hit enter. confirm the warning. on top of the now opened page you find a filter option. copy+paste "app.update.channel" (without the "") into that field. you should now see the entry for "app.update.channel". double-click on the entry to change it. replace "beta" with "release" (again, no quotation marks). Then press "OK", restart the browser. Firefox 7.0.1 will now stop asking for an update to Firefox 8 beta.
If you already have firefox 8 and want back to 7.0.1, just follow the link (1) i mentioned above.
Do the new MacBook Pros with Intel HD Graphics 3000 support the Flash hardware decoding?
The list under "Requierements" only mentions the nVidia GeForces..If someone knows abouts this, please let me know.
The music player on myspace music profiles doesn't work with this beta. Some youtube videos end although there's still some seconds to play.. i've to click on "flash link"s at least two times, to get where i want to.
For me, the minor advantages in speed do not outweigh the disadvantages in the operating of flash and the many bugs that are still in there (like the ones mentioned above).
If you want to get rid of this flash beta, there's an uninstall tool on adobes websites. Just google "uninstall adobe flash" and you'll find it.
i spent some time today testing this new flash beta. what i can say is, that it needs some less cpu time under safari (64bit), it has become a bit faster in reacting to clicks - even when there are more tabs open with flash content. but we should not forget, that Flash on Mac is still far away from giving an acceptable performance. Firefox (eg.) needed >100% CPU while i was playing an HD video. thats quiet alot, with flash 10.0.32.18 it needed like 120%, so it has become a bit better, but it is still not good (or acceptable).
I tested under Snow Leopard 10.6.2 on a Mac Book (mid 2009) 2.13 GHz with 2GB Ram.
NetNewsWire 3.2 has a lot of bugs and keeps crashing on my system since i updated. I tried erasing plist and the whole programm, but it doesn't help. besides that, i dont like the Ad- field. So i switched back to Vienna which has finally become a really good RSS/ATOM-Reader.
Where has this (new) Tab Bar gone that we all loved so much? Does anybody already know a way to get back the Tab Bar from the beta? The standard bar feels so 'unhandy' now.. regards
i think they should let the user decide what he or she wants his tab bar to look like. i know that this kind of letting-the-user-decide might be untypically for apple, esspecially when it comes to the appearance of a programm, but this bar was a great new invention in my opinion.
Doesn't work at all! Overthrows every browser, so that they crash. How can i unistall this "plugin"? Can i just erase /Library/Internet-Plugins/DivXBrowserPlugin.plugin ?? Are there other files?
