I was pretty excited about this, but in the end it appears to have the same fatal flaw as all these fan-created labors of love seem to: atrocious level design. I dutifully trudged through the asinine and pointlessly meandering mazes in the village cave, but got disgusted and quit halfway through the first real dungeon when it became clear I'd have to push two blocks halfway across a freaking level in order to get to a chest. I appreciate the devotion of the devs and the time put into this, but you gotta have a little more respect for my time if you expect me to play it. The puzzle was far from clever enough to warrant such drudgery.
As a stingy font junkie, I do a fair amount of trolling for free fonts, and these seem to be about that quality on average. Even to my untrained eye, many of them are pretty ugly: bad kerning, wildly inconsistent and nonsensical line weights, other things I can't put my finger on because I'm not a designer. I'm satisfied with having gotten them for free, and I may use some of them for IRC or IM just to mix things up on my screen, but I wouldn't have paid $40, and I don't think I'd use any of them for anything intended for other people's eyes.
