Wonderful, wonderful application -- and it's free! I love that they added control for Rdio! I may give MOG a try in the future and it would be great if control for that gets included, too. I'd also like to see them include a keyboard shortcut for switching sources.
Great stuff! Thanks for an excellent and useful app so well done!
This one is simply the best in my opinion. Very stable with tons of features. Excellent keyboard shortcut options with nice visual feedback.
I have no idea what happened with Synergy Advanced, but it sounds like the developer didn't handle it well. However, my experience with Synergy has been very good.
This game is challenging and fun. There are a few interface anomalies that I hope the developer fixes eventually. For example, the window can't be moved if the application is in the foreground because the mouse pointer is trapped inside the game window. However, the game itself is great: creative and challenging with fun music and a sense of humour. At the whopping price of 'free' this is a definite 5-star application.
I'm very pleased with the excellent responsiveness of the developer! The adjustments to the interface are exactly what was needed. The database upgrade issues appear to have been addressed, too. I'm revising my review up a star. This app has good features at a very reasonable price. I've paid for my upgrade and am looking forward to the continued improvement of the features and interface.
Well, I thought I'd try the upgrade. It's very reasonably priced, but I'm disappointed in the interface changes. There are some potentially useful changes here, but the primary display of the applications is now less clear than before. There is only a kind of 'icon' view of the applications, but in that view all the names of the apps are shortened so they're hard to read. There is no 'list' view option, and no way that I can find to increase the space between the application icons to make the names clearer.
AppShelf is using a classic three pane view, but there is no way to increase the size of the bottom pane to display more information. This information pane is a fixed size and requires going through tabs to get to all the information for a particular application. I'd rather have the flexibility to increase the size of this pane and display all the information at once instead of having to tab through it.
So, I tried going back to the previous version, but it must update its database so that's not an option. When I relaunched the new version my imported data was no longer there. Thankfully AppShelf made a backup! It's in the Application Support folder. Kudos to the developer for that!
Excellent! Does exactly what I need it to do! It would be nice to see the source code, though. Also, a feature to allow it to run without the prompt would be a nice addition.
