I am very happy with this software. It works with my Mac OS 10.3.9 address book and my Motorola V710 via USB cable in Canada. The best was being able to downlaod a demo and test to see if it would work before my purchase. To my surprise it is the only software that seems to work on te Mac pre OS 10.4. I now have a backup of numbers in my phone on my mac.
