This is perfect for cleaning up duplicate .eml files in Mail. You just drop the problem folders on it and don't have to worry about screwing up your whole Mail folder.
Going large folder by large folder, you can control and test and see what's been going on with Mail to inflate the size so much.
Can't get three pain vertical layout out of Vienna. Google Reader sync not done there yet. NetNewsWire continues to bounce around like an (apparently buggy) tennis ball between payment models. Apparently people who paid $30 for v3.0 had to pay another $15 for v3.2. Ouch.
Gruml just works out of the box. Some money going Andreas Schwelling's way. Love the simple looks.
There is an issue with Launch2net. This version is called premium but what premium did was stop supporting mobile handsets as modems. So premium is actually a significant step back from the original launch2net. Launch2net did not work with my last provider without a custom configuration. It was only marginally better than configuring by hand. Useful if you travel a lot AND you buy one of their recommended and unlocked wifi sticks. Otherwise just configuring your own stick once for your own provider is not any more trouble in the short term and saves having additional potentially problematic software mixed up in your networking folders.
Launch2Net still doesn't feel like premium but rather a step backwards. Still does not cover Austrian Telecom (one needs to do a custom setup using A1 settings).
The license transferring is very heavy handed as well, although fortunately I was able to use the license on the two computers I travel with.
I don't have that contract anymore and use my T-Mobile comprehensive plan for mobile connections (on the topicI am so much happier since I got an Android phone with keyboard and free wireless hotspot: HTC Desire Z - it saves me from having to carry and fiddle with another contract and modem).
But for reference, it was the http://aon.at brand which appears to have been retired from the marketplace (redirects to A1 now). AON did exist for at least three years (I was a client).
With Little Snitch blocking all outgoing connections, the free version did manage to sync my contacts one way from my Mac to my HTC Desire Z.
I am very wary of two way sync here but one way sync is not too dangerous as you only risk corruption of the database on the less important version (you can always wipe and start again).
I'm not leaving a rating for now as SyncMate is new to me but at least for the moment, Eltima is meeting their promises on the free version (phoning home but not requiring an internet connection to sync).
I'm delighted with Eltima's efforts here and if I stick with Android will no doubt buy the application in time (I'd rather see it at $25 honestly).
(BTW, Eltima if you change this behaviour and require phoning home or registration not only will I never buy your software but I will join the 1 star choir below.)
Shacklaw, you should take some remedial reading courses. I paid for the app and won't use the App store, period. I've just been screwed out of my money and the software.
I don't care if it's free. I want a version which does not require Apple's App Store.
Works a treat. After comparing it to the rest of the commercial spyware/trojans in this category, thank goodness for iStumbler. I don't know why Apple doesn't give us info on what channels are in use but iStumbler let me pick an empty channel for use on my LinkSys WTR54GL (you have to specify the channel, there's no auto) and get online.

Really quick and with a very clear interface.
Brilliant little app.

Abandonware. Very expensive Abandonware.
