Today was my daughter's third birthday. We skyped her gran-parents, aunts and cousins abroad, and I quickly downloaded this software to record their discussions. All the files came out empty, with just a text file in them, no sound. I checked macupdate and indeed, there is a reason why all users are leaving bad reviews. This software is overpriced and does not work!!! An awful experience, don't bother!!!!
