I've only just started using iSoftPhone, and seems to be working superbly so far - and the AddressBook integration is a huge boon.
There are a few features I'd like to see, to improve my experience:
- search box for AddressBook
- hotkey to answer and hang up
- transfering and conference calling
The iPhone look does nothing for me - but I appreciate the uncluttered intelligent interface.
