When I first opened the game, the creepy, dark castle music started playing along with the opening splash and menu backgrounds, setting the mood just right for a fun adventure.

I started the tutorial and learned about the gameplay. I found that the game play had a super mario feeling to it, but quite different. You couldn't kill enemies by jumping on them, for example. The main character, Jack, was quite vulnerable, so you had to be on your toes for anything that stands in your way and finding your treasure. Once I finished the tutorial, there were a series of huge levels that I had to complete before I could play the final level. With only two available in the demo, and only allowed to play so much of those two levels, I to get myself a serial code and play on. So far, no regrets.

Also, I found that the level designer allows you to create your own, unique level and share it with other people on the Actionsoft forums. How cool is that?

5/5 Graphics/Music, 5/5 Gameplay, 5/5 Stability. Best 25 bucks I've spent in a long time. All in all, 5 stars.
