Texture popping is so annoying. This game runs really smooth on my 2011 Mac Mini 6630M, but it's unplayable with the textures popping up everywhere. I hope they fix it.
This app was really slow and eating ressources for no apparent reason. After uninstalling I still get the message "com.apple.launchd: (com.magican.castle[540]) posix_spawn("/Library/Application Support/Magican/McDaemon", ...): No such file or directory
" in Console. Really annoying and I can't get rid of it.
I don't know what this game is about, but the dumbest thing is, if you swith to full screen, you can't leave the game anymore. I tried every button on my keyboard and every button kombination, nothing worked. Either play it in windowed mode or don't at all.
It does not work with MPlayerX, other than that it does enhance the sound on my Mac Mini paired with a Logitech z2300 2.1 sound system really good, especially in iTunes.
Love this webbrowser so far. It's seems a bit faster than Chrome on my '11 Mac Mini. The only thing I am missing so far is a 1Password extension. Will this be implemented in the future to make this browser nearly perfect?
After testing it with various files side by side with VLC, I still can't let go of VLC completly because of a few reasons:
- .ts files get out of sync after a while
- the CPU load is a bit higher and the fan speeds a bit faster on my mid 2011 Mac Mini (around 3000-3500 while vlc does not need more than 2500)
- what I realy like is the 10bit support, because most Anime encoders seem to be using this from now on, so two thumbs up for this.
What I want from the next release:
- Try to minimize the CPU load or make the multi-core support better.
- Give the user the option to chose which full screen-option they want. The Lion full screen is a bit laggy and I don't like it.
I thought this was the best free archive manager, until I tried to archive a >2 gb MKV file. The software just froze and I had to force quit it. Smaller files seem to work though.

Other than that I can't see any difference on my 2011 i5 Mac Mini with AMD GPU. This system feels exactly the same.
