Duplicate Annihilator

Downloaded the software yesterday and ran it on my 20k photos for 7 hours based on the recommended search function.

The program fround 2400 duplicates but I cant find the 2 pictures in my iPhoto library. When trying to compare the 2 pictures in the compare tab, it only shows IMAGE 1, there is not image 2.
Any suggestions for this?
