Just FYI this rating is only for this current version. I gave 5 star for previous version.

I have a problem when I convert m4a to mp3, it says can't open the m4a files. Never had this problem before. I didn't change any setting.

Anyone please help me with this.

I am so sorry for the previous review, I should have post a troubleshooting like this one.

However I still have this problem, can't convert m4a to mp3, nothing happen after I set everything up.

Cue to m4a and cue to mp3 are perfect.
