Afloat

Excellent utility. When Snow Leopard was first released, window management felt broken without Afloat. I primarily make use of the ability to resize and move windows without having to click a particular part of the window. My only complaint is that it doesn't work with Carbon apps (Photoshop, iTunes, etc.), but I can understand the technical limitation.

@ENEFEM: You can indeed use this plug-in with Inquisitor. In Glims' preferences just turn off the functions that Inquisitor handles.
